Superb watch but display is not for everybody

This is my second Atomic Solar G-Shock. Although I like my previous model (GW330A-9V) I found it a bit bulky and also wanted a model that picked up the atomic signal from more than just the Fort Collins transmitter. The new GWM5610 seemed to fit the bill perfectly. It is based on the classic 5xxx G-Shock shape which is very low profile compared to other models, but it’s one of the new Multiband 6 models – it can receive the Atomic transmission from China now, as well as the US, UK, Germany and Japan. This is ideal for me as I travel a lot in the US, UK, Europe and soon China as well. This makes the 5610 an ideal travel watch. OK, so even without an atomic signal it is still pretty accurate (around half a second fluctuation over 24hrs, I believe) but when you have planes and trains to catch it’s nice to not have to worry about what time it actually is. Of course, being a G-Shock, it’s also waterproof down to 200m and extremely tough.

Ok watch horrible seller.

I did not really like the watch as it was hard to read, i had to constantly use the backlight. i would give it 3 stars still.
The seller Altivo Timepieces on the other hand is an awful company to deal with. I asked for a return on my watch and they accepted it. i payed the $10 for it to be shipped and then got it back in the mail. I called them up and asked why i got it back and they said they had never seen anything like it. They said it was all scratched and dirty. I only wore it for a few hours in my house when I decided I did not like it. It had no scratches and was not dirty. It is a mint condition watch and they said it was like nothing they have seen. Please do not use Altivo Timepieces they do not deserve your business.

Very good price for classic style with atomic 6 bands you can find so far!

The GWM5610 is the cheapest one, which with classic style and multiband 6 receiving you can find till now. Others 5600 series with multiband 5 almost cost you same price.
Nothing special because it is a G-Shock classic type watch. The reason to give 4 stars because its green back light. Be honest say, it’s hard to see dial number in some angles at night without press light. Normal dial display will be awesome, and reach to 5 stars without hesitate. Well, at this price, it is still acceptable for me.

Too big!

It says it’s a woman’s watch however the thing is HUGE! I would say I have “average-sized” female wrists but this watch was about to slip off my hand.
If you want to spend the extra money and get some links removed then by all means. It’s a very nice looking watch.
I ended up giving it to my boyfriend as a present. Fits him just fine!

Far Better Than FitFlops

I have plantar fasciitis from years of teaching step aerobics, and it is hard for me to find shoes and sandals I can wear.
This whole line by Skechers is fantastic, the sandals look good on and I can wear them all day. The sneakers look a little funny but are well worth it for comfort, and if you add the muscle toning, they are great. Expensive but worth it in my opinion.

Love these shoes!

These shoes live up to their claims! Well, most of them. I haven’t noticed any weight loss from an increased metabolism; but I didn’t really expect miracles, either, ya know? LOL The molded sole is extremely comfortable, and they do give your legs a (slight) workout. If you get regular exercise, you probably won’t notice much difference. But if you’re like me, with poor circulation and a sedentary lifestyle, you will see and feel a difference! I can also wear them all day with no lower back pain, which is something I can’t do with most sandals. I will definitely buy again!

Expensive, but the quality still makes me give 5 stars

I love these things.

The standard plastic collarstays always start curling or breaking after a few washes, and shirts without collarstays tend to curl at the collar tips, causing them to look shabby or casual.

These stays create a sharp and professional look, are a great weight, are durable.

Pros:
Solid, durable steel construction
Look incredibly sharp
Come in all different sizes for different shirts

Con:
Expensive.

But if you’re a professional depending on a sharp clean look to your shirts, these are a must.

Useful item for looking sharp(er)

Being someone who rarely takes the time to iron even my dress clothes, the thing that really looks sloppy on a lot of my dress shirts is the collar. Lots of them have annoying little plastic collar stays that I tend to forget, send through the laundry, and either lose or have warped so that they make the collar worse than nothing at all. These little stainless collar stays seem to do the trick (wearing a set as I type this review) and I would have bought more if they were a bit cheaper. Solid product. Just hope I don’t lose these too.

Great Shoes for Flat Feer

I am an avid runner, unfortunately cursed with extremely flat feet and overpronation. I usually run about 20+ miles per week and runners knee has always been a problem for me. Today was my first day in the gel evolution 6 and they were awesome! Really comfortable with good support. Fits to size.

New Runner – Comfortable Shoes – Less Shin Splints

I was inspired by my old college roommate who at the age of 42 can still fit into the clothes he wore in high school to consistently jog every day starting with 1 mile and seeing how it goes from there. His recommedation was to have consistency; stick with it, take my time and eventually I will be able to run further and faster with less effort.

Now about the shoes.
I used some old Nike cross trainers (they were extremely light) for my first two days of jogging. It did not go well. Although I ran a complete mile non-stop each time, my shins were throbbing every time I finished and it hurt everytime I went up and down some stairs, for that first week. At the end of the week, I went to Marathon Sports in Newton, MA to get fitted on advice from a coworker that runs regularly.

During the overview of trying different sneakers (Brooks and a couple others) and doing a couple of test strides, these ASICS Men’s Gel Evolution 6 were the only ones that made me feel like I had support for my arch, control when my feet landed and most importantly, reduced the amount of pain that I was still feeling in my shins with every step that I took. I finally felt like they could hold my 5’10 230 lb frame up while running and prevent my legs from breaking at the shins. Before this, my mantra was “never pay more than $50 for a pair of sneakers.” These sneakers are the most expensive sneakers I have ever purchased and they are worth every dollar (at $120 a pair, worth every penny seems too small a figure for the statement). After doing two subsequent runs on these shoes, my shin pain is no longer a distraction; allowing me to focus on my form, breathing and what I call the mental challenge of being able to stick with it; resisting the urge to quit in the middle of the run because I don’t want to run anymore feeling. Today was the end of my second week and I am now up to 2 miles. I am not sure I would’ve continued running if I had not gotten these shoes.

Product: Very lightweight shoe for the size (15 in my case) I have quite flat feet and usually run in Brooks Beast but decided to give these a try as well. The arch is a bit narrow for my particular pronation, but can’t fault the shoe design for this. Bought these on a gamble as anything over sz 13 is quite hard to come by at the shops on this side of the globe and even if a pair is sourced *and* the current strength of the Aussie dollar, they are still at least 100 dollars more here. FFS!!
Anyhow, very pleased with the product overall and as a bonus, they’ve even decided to take it easy on the awful colour/design schemes in the latest few gens of these shoes.

My dream purse

I love love LOVE this purse. I hemmed and hawed about a month before buying it because I wasn’t sure if it was going to fit my needs or not. This purse fits my needs perfectly and then some.

The bag is big enough to carry everything I need throughout the day without being over poweringly large. I like that the little pockets on the front look cool but they are also functional. I use the zip pockets for packs of gum and to put my cell phone in. I also like that the inside isn’t black. It’s a cute, light colored polka dot type pattern, so it’s easy to see what’s inside and you don’t have to dig for stuff.

I also LOVE the handles. Most of my bags don’t have large enough handles so they either won’t fit on my shoulders at all, or they fall off. The short handles on the bag are wide and flat enough that they stay on my shoulders perfectly and I don’t have to worry about them falling off. The large crossbody strap also stays on the shoulders really well.

I purchased this bag in black and loved it so much that I have gone ahead and ordered one in grey as well. This bag is perfect for me.

Very close to my perfect purse

I’m very particular about my purses – sometimes to the point of thinking I would have to start designing my own to get what I want. However, until I can figure out how to do that, this one comes very close. It not only has several pockets on the outside (albeit most are rather small and won’t hold much) but it has the divided interior that’s on the top of my “must have” list. I need to stay somewhat organized – I need a big purse but can’t stand fishing for things. And I don’t care for purse organizers – that’s a little too organized for me. I also am so tired of black purses that I could scream (they seem to be the only ones that have divided interiors)! The dark grey color is just right for me – neutral enough for everyday use. And I love the single strap. I have narrow little shoulders and double handles always seem to slip off, but I can carry this one using the single shoulder strap adjusted to the shortest length and it stays put. Maybe one day I will find a way to design my own purse but until then I’m very happy I found this one!

This purse is pretty awesome

This purse was actually pretty cool and yes, the picture does present to you the real size. The lining on the inside is pretty thin, however, but it feels like a decently sturdy purse. I got it in black and it it fits my lifestyle really well. The body strap does take a little working to get going, but I was able to manage. It’s got a million pockets and it keeps my stuff pretty organized. Especially the inside pocket with the zipper. I’m able to hide lady products in there like makeup and whatnot.

I would give the purse a good Febreezin’ though before taking it out as soon as you get it, however.
