I got this Spasilk 100% cotton assorted short sleeve lap shoulder from my sister. She employed it for her 6 month old baby, but then her baby is growing fast and she only employed it for three weeks. I tried to use it with my 6 month old daughter and it is good. My daughter is comfortable using it for the duration of her play time or when she is sleeping. It allows her to move freely.

Though it was used by my sister on her baby, it still has the softness in it and so I decisive to buy my daughter a new one. When she is turning 8 months I purchased another one. The fabric is thick and very much likable. The only thing that worries me when choosing a bodysuit is that it must fit the body size of my baby and it is not itchy, because my daughter is very much sensitive, she may get itchy on a lot of fabric and get rashes from it that is why I am making sure that her dresses are all in cotton. During play time, kids may be irritated with the heat and the sweat that is why I wear her this bodysuit.

Upon purchasing this body suite I prefer you to see it personally so you may choose the right size for your baby because the armholes may not utterly fit. I have been using it each day and it never fails to lose it is thickness and softness. It has not faded until the last time that my daughter employed it. I am planning to buy a new set of this Spasilk cotton various short sleeve lap shoulder but this time I will find a more spectacular size.

great design

This is the easiest onesie to get the baby into. who EVER designed onesies that you have to pull over an infants head, shove their little arms into holes on the sides, and then have to pull the bunched up onesie down their back….is crazy, and obviosly never had a squirming, arm flailing baby. These “wrap” onesies are so easy, the snaps are on the front of the baby’s belly, so they are not even inbetween the legs, so much easier to snap. The cotton is so soft. Wish my baby didn’t grow like a weed, I HAVE to buy more in the next size up. I recommend these onesies to anyone who has trouble getting clothes over their baby’s head.

Spasilk quality is not what it used to be

I purchased spa silk onesies with my first child a couple of years ago and thought they were great. I loved that they were softer and better made than the gerber/carter variety. After having another child this past November I purchased them again but was pretty disappointed. They were not the quality product I bought a couple of years ago. The material and stitching were cheaply done… Yet the price was the same as before. I wont be buying these again.

Best Onsies for newborns!

I love these bodysuits because I didn’t have to pull them over my newborn’s head! These are great for parents of new babies. Even now that he is 5 months old I still prefer them over ones without buttons down the front. The only con is that I can’t find them larger than 9 months. I have a large baby (22lbs at 5 months) so the 9month size just barely fit now.
